Cassidy Zrobek is a second-year transportation engineering master’s student at the University of Manitoba and the president of their Institute of Transportation Engineers Student Chapter. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba with the highest standing in the Price Faculty of Engineering. Her research is focused on advanced vehicle classification data collection methods and analysis. As a part of the University of Manitoba Transportation Information Group, she helped produce 2019 traffic flow estimates for the province of Manitoba. Cassidy has gained transportation engineering experience through a work term in the Traffic Signals Branch at the City of Winnipeg.
